About Our Aloo Paratha

Aloo Paratha is the heart and soul of a Punjabi breakfast. At Golden Bite, our parathas are made fresh to order using whole wheat dough rolled around a generous filling of mashed potatoes seasoned with cumin, fresh coriander, green chillies, and a hint of amchur (dried mango powder).

Each paratha is cooked on a hot tawa (flat griddle) with a generous amount of butter until both sides are golden, crispy, and flaky.
